Brahman Associations

The Brahman Foundation was established in 2015 as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to the future of the American Brahman breed and the support and development of programs involving youth, education, leadership, scholarships, showmanship, carcass merit and breed research. 

Nearly 50 years ago my agricultural experience began through 4-H, where I showed sheep and a few cattle.  From there I attended the University of Tennessee where I was on the meats judging team and then migrated to agricultural journalism in 2000.  Since that time I've served as Director of Communications for the Tennessee Cattleman's Association as well as interim Executive Director and managed rodeo companies as well as announced cattle shows and assisted in promoting them for nearly 25 years.  And through a job people will tell you I have a true passion for the agricultural, especially beef industry, as well as youth and do everything I can to assure they are kept in the forefront.
